About Nicole Sainworla:

Nicole Sainworla is an Adjunct Professor of Theatre at North Carolina Central University, where she teachers classes in Drama Appreciation and Introduction to Acting. She is an advisor of two NCCU organizations: Classy Prestigious Revolutionary (CPR) modeling troop, and IVAN DIXON Players (IDP). She earned an MA in Art Management from American University, a BFA in Theatre Technology from North Carolina A&T, and an AS in Film Production from Valencia Community College. At NCCU, she produced a theater camp through the summer enrichment program. Ms. Sainworla has worked on Universal Studio’s lot on movies and videos such as Director for Razzy Bailey music video and Assistant Director for the Orlando Magic’s public service announcements. She also worked as an Assistance state manager in Washing ton, DC on Thunder Knocking on the Door which featured such stars as Martha Hicks, Peter Jay Fernandez Keb’, Keith Glover, Chuck Cooper, and Michael McElroy. Ms. Sainworla has worked the Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC and the National Black Theater Festival in Winston Salem, NC. She is also an owner of Royal hair Gallery located in Pheonix Crossing, Refour’s Boutique, and Royal Tax Gallery, LLC. which is located in Durham, NC.
